What You Are Agreeing To
You are consenting to electronically receive over the Internet announcements for all available material, including but not limited to the corporation's proxy statement and annual report to shareholders. Unless you intend to cast your vote in person at the shareholder meeting or by telephone, which is your right, you are also consenting to vote electronically over the Internet. All accounts associated with the Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number entered will automatically be enrolled for this service.
Requirements
If you wish to take advantage of these services, you must have an e-mail account. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your enrollment. To receive e-mail notification when annual report and proxy materials and other shareholder communications are available for online review, please provide the information requested on the right.
Enrollment in this service requires that you have a personal computer or mobile device with appropriate browser software, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer, Mozilla FireFox, or equivalent, and e-mail software as well as communications access to the Internet. Please note that although there is no charge for this service, there may be costs, such as usage charges from Internet access providers or other [communications] service providers, and risks, such as system outages, associated with electronic access to our documents. These costs and risks are your responsibility.
Should you wish to print materials that have been delivered electronically, you must have a printer as well. Some material may be electronically published in Portable Document Format (PDF). In order to view PDF-formatted documents, you must have the Adobe Acrobat viewer software. This viewer is available for download, free-of-charge, from www.adobe.com.
How Notification is Delivered to You
When the materials are available on the Internet, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to the documents. Documents that are not available electronically will be sent to your postal address of record.
Duration of Electronic Delivery
Your enrollment in the online program will remain in effect as long as your account remains active, or until you cancel your enrollment. You are free to change your e-mail address and Personal Identification Number (PIN), or cancel your enrollment at any time by returning to this site and clicking on the change/cancel existing enrollment link.
